I like to scold myself when I play poorly. My All In call was not even close. I did not have an All In quality hand. In fact, I should have folded the Turn. Discipline is an essential ingredient in winning poker. My VPIP last night was less than normal. I got bored and over played a good, but certainly not great hand.
