Hi Thiamtan,
I have withdrawn money on a few occasions on Pokerstars and found that it can take a day - 4 days for the money to arrive in my account. Normally it takes a day. This also depends on if it is your first withdraw. When I first withdrew it took 4 days. I needed to send them additional documents too.
Lately I have found that they are sending money to a card that I first used and no long works. therefore I had to contact support to ask them to remove this card.
Make sure that this is not the case with you. Check in the withdraw section of the cashier that your card details there math the card you want to withdraw to. This may be the issue.
Also if you are still having issues, I would recommend contacting their support team via the help button found under the tools button in the pokerstars software.
I hope this is some help to you and if you have any more questions please ask.

okay i understand that but this acount are old from 2009 ore older and pokerstars.se i have from januari this years and have take out money many time
every month i have take out money and the take max 1 day but now nothing
This sounds like an issue you should contact Poker stars help about again (use the live chat). If you haven't done this already, have you asked them for an estimate of when the money is going to appear in your account?
In the cashier, under the 'More' tab, have you checked 'pending withdrawals' to see if it is still awaiting to be sent?
Otherwise I am sorry that I can't be more help to you.
