On his min raise you can still make a 3bet to like 120. If it was a 3x raise I would earlier shove.
Now I would shove with a <18bb stack.

nonAI 3bet is finnest, yet t120 is too commiting, usually t90-100 is enough making you enough space for including some bluffs into your range, it´s playable SPR postflop
regular flat call oop is often, imo, more +EV than 3bet shove though, depends on your villain and your confidence postflop in HUs :-)
