BB was a rather loose player
Villain is betting really small on every street. That makes it tough to fold top pair. it's a little bit tough to see what kind of symbols every card has. I prefer this

I quite agree with SDK1987 -- it's hard to read.
With top pair and a gutshot I might raise the flop -- but it is close since the board is quite coordinated.
Calling down against tiny bets with top pair doesn't make you a calling station -- unless you do this too often.
If you have PT4 or HM3 you can use your stats to see if you call down too often.

With Flopped Top pair, your hand is worth at least 2 streets of value.
He bets so small on the Turn and River, so these two bets added togehter are worth about 1 street. by calling down you are effectively putting in 2 regular full bets instead of 3 full bets.
