I have a question, if it has been much more than 48 hours and the free $ 50 to play has not yet figured out what to do

Hi kasynospin,
I am guessing that you used a PokerStrategy.com link to sign up to a poker room.

Not all poker sites offer a $50 promotion, some are less, some offer tickets and bonuses instead.

If you think that you should have received a free money offer, then I suggest that you create a customer support ticket
Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
They will need the following information:
:diamond:  The site that you signed up on
:diamond:  Your user name on that site
:diamond:  The date that you joined.

It will also help to include a link the page that you used to sign up.

Hope that helped ...

Hi seanzilla,

what do you need help with?

I do not know if you care for poker apps, but there it is quite common giving away free chips to new players.

Hi seanzilla,
Welcome to PokerStrategy.com! :welcome:

You've come to the right place...

What kind of games do you want to play?
Cash Games? Sit-and-Go? MTTs?
Do you just play Hold'em or do you play any other variants?

Be sure to check out the free money offers and bonus offers.
Read the instructions carefully -- they usually apply to rooms where you don't already have an account.

If you're totally new to poker, I recommend reading our No Limit Hold'em lessons overview articles first.
That article leads you through the basics and beyond.
It is even recommended if you've played a while _biggrin:

If you have any questions, just post them in the Q&A forum.

All the best,
VS

The referral page could do with updating so it doesn't say referred friends get $50 free.Maybe referred friends get a free poker package of their choice or something.

And please can support talk to bet fair and request the 35% rb deal they offer to other affiliates.Id love to be able to refer players that deal to pokerstrategy rather than sending people to another affiliate.Maybe there is a reason pokerstrategy cant offer that deal ? just seems strange when many other affiliates get players bumped to the top tier 35% with bet fair. :f_cry:

Hi RedsYNWA,
I've sent a link to this post higher up the chain, but it would help if you started a thread in Feedback and Suggestions
It would attract more attention there.
Providing additional detail would help.

Cheers,

Hi hynton,
Welcome to PokerStrategy.com! :welcome:

OK let's get started:
First off, let's review our forum principles
Your first post seems be rather rude and demanding.
Who would want to help someone who uses that approach -- I sure don't.

However, helping forum members is what mods to do, so let's go...

Please note that nobody -- not even a super moderator -- in a user forum will have any way to help you since we don't have access to account data.

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can.
Specifically in order to help you they will need:
:diamond:  The room you signed up with
:diamond:  The date you signed up
:diamond:  The user name you used
:diamond:  The offer you accepted and the amount of the offer, and whether it was tickets, cash or whatever.

Remember that when dealing with customer service it is important to be polite and helpful. Those people are the key to solving your problem. If you make them not want to help you, then -- well you figure it out.

И моля, можете да подкрепите разговорите, за да залагате справедливо и да поискате 35% rb сделка, която те предлагат на други филиали и за България
