ZOOM nutflush on paired board

What is the best play in this case?
I have no reads on villain

PokerStars Zoom, Hold'em No Limit - $0.01/$0.02 - 6 players
Hand delivered by Upswing Poker

MP: $2.15 (108 bb)
CO: $4.53 (227 bb)
BU: $1.93 (97 bb)
SB: $2.00 (100 bb)
BB (Hero): $3.34 (167 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is BB with 2 A
1 fold, MP raises to $0.06, 3 players fold, Hero calls $0.04

Flop: ($0.13) 9 5 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $0.09, Hero calls $0.09

Turn: ($0.31) 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $0.20, Hero calls $0.20

River: ($0.71) 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $0.35, Hero ?

I would at least call the river. it's to bad it's a paired board.
Otherwise this would be a easy shove spot. Even now I would most likely do it.
I expect a random villain on NL2 can call with a straight or weaker flush.

i'd struggle to raise/fold this, so i'm probably just jamming myself, hoping for lower flush.
of course he does have the full sometimes, so ggwp :)
