SB checks, Hero?
Hi everyone,
I'd like some feedback on this hand.
Villain is a reg (vpip:24; pr:21; af:1; 178 hands) who 3bets rather wide preflop (total 3b: 11% but on the blinds vs button should be wider) so I think I have defend and I decide call (would a 4bet have been better?).
With his wide range villain is quite likely not to have anything on such a dry flop. So after his small Cbet I decide to float him and try to take the pot later on.
With a FD on the turn and after villain checks I go for a bet and try to steal the pot. His call means he has a hand though. On the river, I feel tempted to barrel a again and make him fold his pairs and maybe overpairs sometimes. Although his wtsd is 45 so maybe it's not the best spot to keep bluffing. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance.
