Hello,
villain has 25/18 but only 30 hands history. He is marked as fish, he probably did some shi*ty play earlier. Looking again on this - I might have been bluffed. Any opinions? Is profitable to fold spots like this? How often they have full houses or Q trips to bet for value? Thanks for comments.

No-one will ever know if you were bluffed or not, and in this hand,
I would call here against most players, and lose a fair number of those to random boats or trip Q.
I assume he doesn't have a baby straight — but at NL 10 even that is possible.

His half-pot bet means you only need to be ahead 1/4 of the time to break even.

Having said all that, the only thing I would do differently is bet bigger on the flop.

Tough to fold the river. You beat all 2 pair combinations and trips queens seems unlikely. I don't think a bet for value on the river is bad ether, but than you need to fold against a shove.

Yep, some blockbet from my side could have been done. Also good solution.

Weird spot. I don't think Villain will turn JJ-77 into a bluff. So what bluffs do they have? BD FD is blocked by your Ac. Could have KcJc, JcTc, Tc9c. Value: AQ, KhQh, QhJh, maybe KdQd if sticky. 2 pair is very unlikely, as well as 33-44, sometimes they have 66.
I would assume this exact spot/board is underbluffed. So an exploitative fold seems ok to me, however it's a tough lay down and exploitable in itself (but that should not concern us too much on this limit, I guess)

Btw. the title "AA - was I bluffed or is it call?" doesn't make any sense ;-)

Better: "AA - was I bluffed or is it fold?"

River bet or calls, no one know he had a Q.

The pot odds are roughly 25%. So if Villain was balanced, they would have a value:bluff ration of 3:1.
Value: AQ (4 combos), KhQh (1 combo), QhJh (1 combo), maybe 1 combo of 66, which makes 7 value combos.
That would mean they need 2.3 bluff combos.
How much do they really have? Perhaps KcJc, JcTc, Tc9c, which makes 3.
Which is sliiiiightly weighted towards bluffs.
Is it possible that they have a merged range OTR, value betting very thinly with JJ-77? Very unlikely, but possibly very few JJ,TT combos.
Perhaps, the ranges that I came up with are not very accurate. Tough to say. Also, player dependent.
Vs a tight player I think we can fold. Vs a player with a higher VPIP and lower fold to 3bet, it's maybe a call.
It's a very close spot IMO, but please prove me wrong and let me know what range you would assume Villain to have.
Of course, bet/fold is another option.

For his 25/18 I expect KK, AA, would be 4B, call 3B vs BBB could be something like 99, TT, JJ, QQ, AK, AQs, all these hands he could call on the flop, call the turn.
So you are winnig vs 99,TT, JJ, AK, loosing vs QQ, AQ.
He could bet on the river with AK like bluff for win after you check. With QQ, AQ he is winnig instantly no need to bet - who will call all-in cca 1/2 pot without good hand.

I give them way more KQs than AK combos. AK is usually a 4bet. JJ-99 is not going to bet river, I am sure. So really it boils down to what range you assign to Villain.

What are we getting on the river, 3:1? I think maybe call is better here. Maybe he bluffs with 55 , A2s or he thinks he’s value betting with JJ, TT.

this check/fold is TERRIBLE

just shove yourself. Why are you afraid of the trip Q? You have 2 Aces as well which reduces his AQ combos by 50%.
He will also be way more inclined to herocall down with 88-JJ cos he is way less likely to believe you have a Q now that there are 2 Qs out on the board.
