Sorry I missed this when you posted it.
The following steps would have worked in all versions of Windows from the original NT to W10 — I don't know about W11
You noticed that the window you want is there — but just not visible.
So...
click on the taskbar, then click on the Equilab window you want — then don't touch the mouse until the following steps are done.
press alt-spacebar. At this point a menu should pop up on your monitor near one of the edges.
Using only the arrow keys on your keyboard select "move" then press enter.
A 4-headed arrow on the side of the monitor nearest to the windows virtual position.
Again using the arrow keys move the 4-headed arrow toward the centre of your monitor — the window you want should follow.
