Welcome to PokerStrategy.com 
I suggest that you create a PokerStrategy.com customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.

If you mean a Unibet ticket then adding an affiliate link cannot be done retroactively.
If you mean a PokerStrategy ticket then if they say they can't track your points there isn't anything on Unibet side we can change to make that happen.

Again, I askek for cash game holdem hand history with stake differentiation and in reply I got mixture of stakes and answer that it is not possible to make stakes differentiation. Are these guys change every few days or just dont have very good memory?

Are you referring to separate files for each stake for cash games?

In that case, CS agents have been instructed by me to not produce separate files any more for cash results as it's a waste of their time. You should be able to filter/sort data in the sheets provided yourself.

Although I understand that unibet support has better things to do than wasting time on its customers, but I dont understand how am I suposed to filter stakes from file where there is not even mention which stakes has been played.

The file should have these columns. If you just have the date give me a current table alias you have and I'll get the correct file sent to you.

- Tickets for all steps added to Bonus Shop (This will be done before 13th Dec for all stakes except 40c)
