[Closed] 100 NL - A9s on 9xxss in 3 bet pot getting raised

His fold to 3bet isn't too high or low so I think he might be defending with suited connectors and of course TT/JJ.

I think I might play c/c two streets and fold to shove if you dont think he will 3 barrel bluff (probably not in NL100). I can see villian stabbing 90% of the time if you check the flop to him and act as though you are giving up with AK

As played, I think he is mostly having TT/JJ so I will b/f.

some random thoughts:

-u certainly dont have to defend dominated hands like A9s vs nits, i personally much prefer 3betting with such hands ip, but play very tight oop, coz the guessing game just sucks ---> folding pf imo the best vs this opp with such hand

-as played pf, playability is the best as u played when he r u, ure certainly crushed by his range, he mostly wants value from lower pp vs him strong QQ+ here, but: 1, u dont have to bet so much, betting 1/2pot esp vs tight plrs does the same job, they dont raise bluffs here and just call pps, and mostly their draws too, coz they are mostly afraid.

-u can opt for diff lines coz of the former: we know we are b/f here; and folding tptk sucks, +more: opp is presumably weak tight so he wont 3barell ntg like close to never, so we can play c/c and reevaluate turn, since he often times goes for pot control and we can still spike some 9 or A which might be good for massive valuetown play at river /depending on his ability for thin vbets either c/r or bet big ourselves if he cannot, but expects us to be wanting him to fold more.. which his wts prolly suggests too/ .. if he bets turn again then on most cards /usually overcards to 9 except for A i am folding coz he is scared himself with lower pp and doesnt wanna get c/r on turn so his bet would in overwhelmin majority mean he has it, on river than we can b/f mostly if checked on turn, but again, we dont have to be betting big, coz these plrs just dont bluff in these 3bet pots very often /unless u have some read confirming the opposite/

71% fold to 3bet isn't thaaaaaaat much. He is raising from BU, so he has position on you. You are probably 3betting a lot from the BB, especially against him.

now, we have tptk on a very drawy board. What beats us? 99+, right.

Do I fold tktp in this spot? no! Without further reads I am not folding. I eiterh b/shove or c/r for 100 BB.

If it's the very first situationa against him in this session, well fold it. If it's any further I am not folding.
