my stack: ~30K
villain's stack: ~25K
He is known to play AXs cards.

I limp 22 from early position in a friendly, $2,50 buyin game. Quite a few other limpers.

Flop: J25, two hearts

I bet 3/4pot-potsize from early position against many opponents. The guy on my left calls, others fold.

Turn: 5 (flush not completed)

I thought the most probable hand for my opponent was a flush draw, even though he didn't have correct odds to call on the flop. Do you think it is a mistake to check here? I was figuring that I check, and if he bets, indicating a made hand, I will raise him, if he checks too then I will hope for a heart that completes his flush and stack him.
So, I check. He checks.

River: Jh
(so the boards is: J255J, three hearts)

I was so frakin' boiling inside I can't tell you. However, I did bet 5K which was a little more than half the pot.
Villain minraises. What do you think?

Sorry guys, I know I didn't provide all the information, but that's kinda all I remember. Sorry again and thanks for the help.

i'll always bet turn in that spot like 6k (u say that 5k was little biger than 1/2 pot) and if he calls on that river is prety hard to play it, vs pasiv guy who wont bluff in that spot i'll go for c/f vs random guy i go for a check/fold, vs agresiv guy i might go for a check call if he bets less than 1/3 pot
as played is easy fold
but i'll go for check/call( not more than 3/5 pot) line in ur spot leting him bet his busted flushes

I think I leave too many value in my hand with a river check. I mean, his most probable hand is a flush. Ofc it is possible he has J, but normally someone should bet J on such a board (on the turn). At least I think so. And I dont think its an easy fold considering he made a miniraise and that I have a playable stack even if I call.

ups i make a small missread in the hand
so the flush hit on river. ok so i change mine line in check/call river vs random vs tight i c/f ( u cant call if he shoves over u, a min raise is very very often a J boat he will min raise flush if he is very very dumb. What worse hand will call him there?? Ahi? 66-kk-AA?? common..)
but any way u got to bet turn in that spot, as played i check river also and probbly call

Bet big flop of course, bet turn of course (i dont understand your check, there is so many value in betting, every straightdraw, every 5, every J, every flushdraw is calling). I bet turn 3/4 or 4/5. Friendy games are so fishy, everyone want to see a river. On the river you have the easiest c/f in the world.
