[Closed] How you guys deal with downswing/bad beats??

If you take a beat in a tourny, i just say to myself "If your not winning flips now, then you wont of won the tourny" That keeps me sane sometimes lolz

I find it useful when I'm reviewing my hands afterwards (you do that right?) to look at the big winning hands as well as the big losing hands. You'll be surprised at how often you find you're the one inflicting the bad beat. It all depends on what you're brain filters out. Good players know that you give these as often as you received them.......and some average players too (that's me!).

If you need it, the bad beat forum is usually good for a laugh.
