I think that u have to put in pots 5000$ and then u can cashout but i am not 100% sure.

From my understanding of the wording it simply means that you will need to make bets on the poker tables to a total value of $5000 before you can cash out.

So if you raise $35 pre-flop and then bet $40 on the flop then this total of $75 is counted towards your required value of $5000.

Do I understant well that for example: I have get 50 starting capital. I have won next 500 dollars. So 500 dollars I can cashour immediatly and 50 dollars whan I wager 5000.

Or I have to wager 5000 to cashout my 550 dollars?

you need to bet at the tables for 5000$
not win or loose , just bet , ie : you win 2500 hands of 1$ and loose 2500 hands of 1$ therefore you are on 0 loss 0 win BUT you made 5k wagering cause you bet 5k. then you can cashout

As far as i'm aware there is no time limit for you to wager the $5000.

If you contact customer support at 888 poker then they should be able to advise you of the current amount.

I was wondering about this 5000$ wagered. I guess this only goes for those who got their money through free 50$ offer.

How about if I make an account and deposit my own money on it. Is then a minimum wager prerequisite for withdrawal or I can then withdraw anytime I want and any amount I want?
say I deposit 20$, do I have to wager 2000$ before I can make a withdrawal?

I found out today that by making your own deposit you are obliged to wager 20-times your initial deposit before cash-out.

So for an example if you deposit 50$ of your own money you are required to wager 1000$, as an opposite to getting free 50$ from PS where you have to wager 5000$ (100 times the initial deposit from PS)

Even so, for a begginner playing on micro stakes even 20-times is not so easy to do...

Just out of curiosity, does the wagering mean how much you bet or how much goes into the pot for rake? E.g. if I make a bet of $100 and everyone folds, does that $100 count?

Wagering is the equivilant of the amount you bet so in your case if you bet $100 and evryone folds then you will have wagered $100.
