Average stacksize was well over 20k already at this point. What is the right decision in this spot, Fold, Call, 3bet or shove? (Rush tournament and no reads/stats)

That is what I thought also.
It means you are around 40bb deep so I think it is better not to push. AQ is not doing well against their 4bet calling ranges and since it sucks playing OOP it is better to fold. I think calling is out of the question here since the initial raiser is still active and you will be OOP after the flop. I think I would play it safe here and fold. It sucks having to fold such a good hand here but I think it is best.

without good reads to the 3beter ... its just a fold
maybe player are just 3bet AQ+, JJ+ ... and against this range u have less FE and less equity
just fold it
