FLOP ($15) 6♥ 8♥ 7♦

SB checks, Hero bets $11.50, CO folds, BTN folds, SB calls $11.50

TURN ($38) 6♥ 8♥ 7♦ 3♠

SB checks, Hero bets $23, SB calls $23

RIVER ($84) 6♥ 8♥ 7♦ 3♠ T♣

SB bets $42, Hero calls $42

He snapped 1/2 pot on river. He has either a 9 or a FD I suppose. I guess combo wise I have to call.
The snap also led me to call more, looks like he didnt pay attention to the river card (eventhough sometimes Im surprised as to how fast can ppl play)

You also beat 2pairs & random overpairs so I think with 3:1 you have a solid fistpump call sir

Would bet higher on flop and turn. As played I don't think that he donks any twopair or a set there because he wants to showdown with that, but rather he's donking with the nutz or with onepair type hands or busted draws. So I think that the odds are sufficiently vs his range to call.

I'm also betting 14 on the flop and as played 34 on the turn.

On the river I'm also calling due to the odds. I think you could argue for folding, too, because it's so close, but vs a 36/23 I assume he's doing something without thinking about it (like leading with 2p or TP or busted draws) often enough to make up for the 9x in his range - after all we only have to win 25% of the time.

I don' t really like to bomb flop and turn bc I am never balanced and it is always a monster. I have a river shove with my turn sizing.

Also ppl are more like to be calling for draws but still making mistakes where if I bomb they just fold.

It is impossible to be balanced 4way on a drawy board - when you bet in this spot you always have a good hand regardless of the betsizing.
The only hand that would make sense to bet small is the NFD, but I rather balance out big bets than small ones and bet big with sets and FDs.

You expect a fish to c/f a FD on the flop?
Even if he suspects you have a straight he's going to call because he will expect to have implieds.
