you overplayed that hand quite a lot. consider the preflop action! You capped preflop although you opened from mp and you came over the top by a cap. so your opponent must put you on a very strong range but though he decided to raise the flop. that's almost never a worse hand, unless he's got KQ KJ Ax but it's more likely to be a set or any pocketpair. Just with the Read that he's capable of folding 99 TT JJ somewhere as you represent JJ+, you can 3bet bet Turn bet River but he does have 46 WTS so he won't certainly be able folding a pair at any point. the default play is to call the flop on your outs but then let your hand go on the turn.
