BB= 48/16/1.6 BBFS=0%
MP2= 39/14/1.2

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.1/$0.2 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J:s, T:s.
MP3 raises, 2 folds, Hero calls, BB 3-Bets, MP3 calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (9 SB) A:d, K:s, 9:s (3 players)
Hero checks, BB bets, MP3 calls, Hero raises, BB calls, MP3 calls.

Turn: (7.5 BB) J:h (3 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, MP3 calls.

River: (10.5 BB) 2:d (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP3 checks.

Final Pot: 10.5 BB.

I flat called th raise coz BB never folds there, so I gave myself 1:3 to call.

Should I have donk/3bet this flop?

My plan was to B/C the turn, and X/F the river unimproved.

I would not donk since you would also checkraise your strong hands for value and by donking you make BB able to eliminate MP3 by raising whereas he'D call with Kx or 9x or QT if facing just 1SB to call.

And if BB isolates you with a raise you are not any longer playing for value. With Gutshot and Flushdraw against Ax you almost have a flip which doesn't cost you a thing against AQ or something but you decimate your implied odds (the bets you can win against Mp3, on the flop and on later streets) and checkraising 3way is for value, compared to a heads-up situation you could immidiately get in with donking into BB and offering him the chance to protect.

And with Checkraise you represent a much stronger range. Turnbet is ok but check is ok as well since it's very unlikely that both guys will fold and QT and KJ has improved and you could get raised and if one of'em bets you can be certain to be behind and still drawing. So c/c Turn c/f River i'd prefer but with so much Equity betting is ok as well.
