Hi,
I am not regular mtt player so sorry if this hand might look dumb from your point of view:D
I have played without a hud (did not manage to make it run on tourney) so I am not sure if hud stats are correct since I see stats of two different opponents llook the same.

So question is, in general, is it ok resteal? Thanks.

Also what would be your resteal range in this spot?

in freeroll imo 88+,AJs+ should be standard shove
in regular i think this should be like 88+,AQ+ but i would prefer to flat 22-99/AA
3bet/fold AT-AQ and shove TT-KK/AK/AQs in this spot

Hi,

I personally wouldn't suggest to flatcall hands like 22 or other small pairs with such small stacksizes. I'd prefer to have about 13 times the raise size (450) which would be about 5,850 to be calling hands just for setvalue. I also wouldn't recommend playing hands like 22-77 for something other than setvalue postflop here.

The UTG has somewhat solid stats. Or atleast nothing to be very shocked about, so I think it would be fair to give him a somewhat tight range in this spot, UTG. The CO seems to be quite passive and from his stats I like to believe he has a pretty weak flatcalling range here.

That being said I think the CO wouldn't generally call a shove from you.

The UTG on the other hand, let's give him a range of:

55+,ATs+,KQs,AJo+ (8.7%)

Ofcourse, if you or anyone else disagrees with this range, please let me know.

Then I think he'd call your shove with something like AK and TT+ (3.2%)

This means he'd call 3.2/8.7 = 36.8% of the time and he will fold the other 63.2% of the time.

63.2% of the time you will be having a stack of:

4,840 + 450 + 450 + 75 + 150 = 5,965

63.2% * 5,965 = 3,770 chips

With AQo we have a 31.2% equity vs AK/TT+. We will have 0 chips if we lose and:

4,840 + 4,840 + 450 + 75 + 150 = 10,355

10,355 * 36.8% * 31.2% = 1,189 chips

1,189 + 3,770 = 4,959 chips

4,959 - 4,840 = 119chips you would win by shoving here with AQo assuming my ranges and such were correct. If you think the CO would be trapping a good portion of the time here, you're EV would drop quite a bit and this could well make it a -EV spot. Also, if you think the UTG is calling a wider range, or opening a tighter range this would make your move less profitable and if you think the UTG is calling tighter or opening wider, this will make your move more profitable.

In general I wouldn't do it with less than AQo, so let's say TT+ AQo+ AJs+.

That all being said I think it's perfectly fine to flatcall here with AQo aswell since you're on the button, have position and might have a postflop edge on your opponents. I obviously don't know the last part, so as a default I'd go for the +EV preflop shove.

I call preflop here and continue cautiously. 3bet/folding is a waste of our hand (I can understand it with AJo but it's very ugly with this stacksize and this opensize. In game I probably just fold it outright in a vacuum), folding is out of the question and shoving is not great either. Also, 22-99 is a snapflat, his UTG range is presumably not the weakest and it's likely going to be multiway. Plus people don't squeeze as much when it's vs UTG and has to be an AI squeeze.
