Ouch that sucks man..

I'm usually smacking my head at 10BI down swings...

I'm on about a 20BI downswing and it's just stopped me from wanting to play. Pretty harsh mate. Won't irritate you with platitudes :).

It's unlikely at 2.5s as the field is really soft, but definitely possible. If your coach tells you that you're doing the right thing then you probably are and should keep going GL

Don't under-estimate the swings of the $2.5 180 man's. 200 buyin swings are pretty normal. I couldn't take the first of the swings too but after that I accepted the fact that 'All is not good in grindville'.
