I would start blasting away on the flop and hope they dont let go of a hand like 99/JJ etc. No other real option IMO.

How much are you raising flop to, faarcyde?

edit: given stats/reads, really don't expect thoses kinds of hands in their ranges.

Maybe not but at the same time the value gained from when they do have a pair is greater than when you string them along if they have AQ or something..

Would probably raise to 160.

Yeah, I remember when I was hacking my head into the wall, trying to figure out how to get that maxvalue when i hit the nuts. My conclusion was exactly what faarcyde said: Just keep being aggressive and bet your hand all the way for the times one of them has something to call down with, rather than trying to figure out some weird and abstract 'universal' line for extracting maxvalue against his entire range. Especially in 3way you cant really expect them to be more bluffy than usual(on the contrary).

How do we quantify the benefit of raising BB's donk immediately (which looks strong and discourages a call from SB) compared with just calling flop in the hope that SB ch/cs too? In short, getting 2 players to the turn might be worth more than raising immediately.

I'm thinking that every additional card gives us more chance to get paid off something, especially vs 2. Specifically i'm thinking of a scenario where both plyrs have low pockets prs and an extra card gives an additional 8% chance that one plyr hits his set. Compared with only 13% chance that someone has a set on flop and on the basis that we will almost always get all in by the river anyway because anyone turning a set should happily get into a raising war with their fh.

(at least i'm not over-analysing this)

raise small. you build a pot, you take the betting lead and can set the future sizes.

even clicking it back is fine. my size here is probably 120. if they call 40 they aren't going to fold for 120 into 500+. they dont care if its 'raised' they just look at how much it costs them
