What about utg? Is he a loose opener? If he is, the cold 4b is more likely to be a move since your 3b requirement is less.

In a vacuum, I'm happy to give this up, even 6mx. SB has a hand since he cold calls. BB knows that and knows you are strong.

He also knows it looks absurdly strong to cold 4b here to 500 or so (i.e. KK+), so he jams KK+ (maybe QQ+ depending on the above) to level you into calling off QQ/AK, b/c you might think its AK.

Since you are 100bb deep I'm happy to look for a better spot.

Separately, do you agree that he should be 4b shoving his entire 4b range for deception in this spot?

no i dont. i think a cold 4bet to 555 is pretty sexy here.

i could easily include a suited ace in my cold 4bet bluff range in this spot. and i think its very good with the dynamics.
