I expect you will get every day the bonus and if you didn’t received the 2nd on day 2 I recommend sending a mail to support@pokerstars.com. This way PokerStars support can check why you didn’t get your bonus yet.

Now is alread day six and I didn't get anything yet,Yes I sent email few days ago but no answer from them :/
That’s weird they didn’t answered yet, maybe you can try it again and then they will help you faster.
Yes I tried again now they replied me,they forwarded my email to marketing support and they will contact me soon

Then I expect they are busy these days, but if you didn’t get a reaction before Monday I would send another message to them.
Today they finally replied me and they said it was some kind of security review,that's why it was taking so long and I will receive my bonus shortly

Yes I contacted them again yesterday still no answer,I am not only one with this problem,my friend deposit same day and same situation for him but he simply give up didn't contact them.
