Second Day-Failed
I tried yesterday but after few push ups I give up or rather my body today I failed on 4th series out of five. It is harder than I thought. I will repeat it until I do it then I proceed further.

Are you doing pushups every day? When your muscles are going to rest?
No, I follow the plan from website in initial post. I had a one Day break after first day but I wasn't able to do even few push ups, so I tried again today. Basically I had 2 days rest cos yesterday I gave after few push ups.
Since you are a beginner your body needs at least 48 hours to recover (even longer if you are advanced because of the higher intensity you can train with). So just rest every other day and I think you will be fine. If you grow weaker however take an additional day off.
After all I would not recommend doing only push ups. Just try some kind of a whole body workout if you really want to improve your fitness.
I can totally recommend this guy

although he is a bit crazy about some aspects.
Only doing push ups is not a good idea. You will end up with that ugly gorilla posture that so many gym guys have. They are muscular but are not aesthetically pleasing to look at. And they often end up with shoulder problems. Do at least as much pulling movements as pushing. And stretch your chest and lats daily to avoid this. (if tight, chest muscle pulls your shoulders forward)
Lol, your are not going to see a lot of physical changes by only doing 100 push ups. And for the sake of balance start doing pull ups aswell. And while your at it start squatting, do some leg raises, bent over rows and overhead presses.
Hey Fellas! I will do some other exercises in future. I don't do it to look big I do it to challenge myself. I run 4km ( will increase it later ) 3 times a week already and cycling to work 3 times a week. Once I stop aching I will start thinking about other things to do.
If a 100 press up challenge gets you up and off your arse to make a start on exercise then fill your boots. But of course listen to logic like rest and not getting toooooooooooooo muscle bound
