I started doing this a long time ago but changed my mind part way through the program. I think there is something missing from the theory used to make this exercise plan and believe that it may actually be over-training in parts. (At least it felt like it for me, maybe it would work for some people)
Anyway, I realised that I personally dislike excessive numbers of push-ups or perhaps 'exercise for the sake of exercise' type thing and prefer to do an exercise because its fun and I enjoy it. The '200 squats program was even more boring for me. It takes a long time to do that many and I could make the target right off the bat, probably due to the fact that at the time I was skiing almost 1 out of 3 days per year.
i can't do 25. but does that mean i can't do 100 either? i've never tried doing 100 push-ups, so how should i know?
3rd Day-Failed
I tried to do Day 3rd on my level and I failed. I decided that I will be doing until I finish last day on my level ( no matter how long does it take ) and then I will contact my friend who is advanced in cross fit and ask him for advice.

Failed again, but can see little progress. I contact my friend already and he said my biggest problem is my weight, so I need to do something with that, More running:)

My record for push ups is 120 when I was 32. I'm 49 years old now, and can do 50 push-ups without any previous strength training, and do around 80 push-ups after a few weeks training. The sick part is that I am a lifelong vegetarian and eat little protein. ![]()
Best push ups to do are those between two chairs for a much deeper stretch. I can do 80 push-ups between two chairs along with my feet elavated on a third chair. These push-ups are superior to normal push-ups and produce good strength and muscle results, when combined with pull ups and some shoulder and arm work.

That's impressive sir:)
I had one week off cos I wasn't very well and I bet I regressed but slowly I will get where I want to be. I can't do push ups using chair s cos I don't have chairs:)
But I will be doing few hand release push ups every day. I tried it already and it's hard to keep back straight starting from the floor.
Thx for posting it's motivational.

seems like you are pausing your breathing a bit, just continue breathing. Also you can't really do 100 push ups with proper form, these are just kind of cheat form like you said.
Well done m8! I will do it somewhere in next year. With my slow progress probably about summer:) I try do do only hand release push ups and it's killing me.
BTW I am on 35( normal push ups) now and my workout is 4 x 8 hand release push ups every day exept Monday. It's damn poor but it seems to work better for me than normal push ups.
I invite you to all watch this video:
and to of course try it out after. Also if you are training and only doing push ups and nothing else, it's like you are taking a step forward and two steps back. I suggest you look into a pull up bar and some kind of adjustable dumbbell weights so you can do rows and pull ups. And lastly don't forget about legs, you don't want to look like a rooster. There is a ton of good info on that channel for pretty much anything you need to know in terms of working out.
