Hi, villain is probably reg its his second 3bet in a row and third on four overall in these positions.
His 3bet in this spot is 16%, so I gues now its like 25 including trashy A7o etc. so I floated pre to raise or call almost any flop.
So I went with plan and raised cause he dont hit on this flop and even though I cant rep much I think he would just fold his air which is main part of his range I guess. And I could play any good six+ like that against such wide ranges. On turn I stopped cause I had just nothing and Im not sure if he would throw away pairs to any bet.
On the river I called cause he is very polarized with his bet to nuts or air/pair turned into bluff and people doesnt have nuts too often.

Preflop: Your hand is too weak to call, and too bad to 4bet-bluff, so just fold.

Flop: Given you called, I think your hand is not good enough to turn into a bluff. Your equity is super low, you have a backdoor flush draw, but it's a 9 high flush.

Now let's see, you nearly min-raise his cbet, and checking his stats he cbet/fold 34%, which makes it even worse to raise him.

I mean, you need to consider what your floprange looks like, but you should have a hand, which is able to 2nd barrel. And as you said, you see on the flop already, that on the turn you will have nothing most of the time, so it's better to just fold that hand preflop, or OTF.

So with 33% pot odds when would you concider calling this pre?
I call in standard QTo against 20%, so when he has 16% and 3bets me like a maniac Id say he has something like 25%, so I dont see why wouldnt I call pre? WOuldnt you adapt to his 3bets? I mean I open here only hands that I wanna continue like 36% or something like that. Now Q9o is bottom of this range, so I might wanna 4bet, but he doesnt fold to 4bet and I expect him to be 5b bluffing often cause he might see me tired of this, so Id rather have value in first 4bet. So Q9o with ~38% equity falls into calling category for me, I know its close, but what can I do- I have odds and position and not that bad hand against wide ranges.

Where do you see his 3bet is 16%?

The stats you posted shows 10% 3bet sb vs btn, which is honestly not a maniac at all.

Adapting to his 3bets, since he seems to be folding little to 4bets, I would be looking to 4bet linear.

Sb 3bet stat shows 10,8%.

The only stat on SB which shows 16% is Raise versus 1 limper.

Q9o is not in the 25% range. I do not see a reason to defend with it...

Q9o is too wide for me. Postflop plan to raise his wide range here seems nice. But when he bc flop we have no idea how often does he bets river and with which hands. i don't think population bluffs here often enough

ok, but I only see that you say taht its too wide or too bad hand. I agree that Q9o is too wide against even 20% of range, but as I asked how would you adapt against habitual 3bettor who definitely has more combinations than it is in stats you still say its too wide. So my question is: do you always fold Q9o to 3bet because "its to wide"?
And he has 16% 3b sb v bu just from stats, I dont know KingKas how I can make it more clear.
