I like you preflop raising here and I don't think raising bigger would have achieved anything. The preflop call from BB looks really strong but we have no info on him so have to include some marginal hands into his range as well.
OTF your cbet is pretty standart protection and vb and I would also fold JJ to a raise here. Top pairs, overpairs TT+, sets and some random AQ/AKs are most likely and we are doing bad against this range - 39/61.

Thanks, I came from cashgames and not sure whether folding an overpair in SNG early on is okay. Given I play at the smallest STT, I thought it might be too weak to fold here as players here are quite crazy I assume.

This seems well played to me as well, but it’s indeed difficult to fold hand like this at a 50c SNG.
Especially against a unknown that called your 3bet here.

The problem here is that you have to be ready to call his shove on later streets unless a bad high card comes if you call OTF

TomClassy, if I decided to play here, flatting is something I won't consider. Don't like playing OOP.

OTF I dont think calling the BB raise is an option you either shove or fold, personally at these stakes I'd shove, the BB could easily have TT, A9, K9, Q9, J9, T9, 2 hearts, a straight draw. Yes he could have a set or QQ+, but I think AA and KK will 4bet pre for sure and QQ maybe, so it only really leaves 55, 88, 99 and maybe QQ that are beating us

It could well be a set and hes raising because its a straighty / flushy board but I think I'd shove here

@slippyjim, I thought about that. But I wasn't sure if it's okay to risk my whole stack as early as that. I thought I might try to reach the bubble where I can use my stack better.

I don't see many players playing draws so aggressive at this stakes. I would also take into account that that was an early stage which discounts reasonability of playing draws aggressive (People at more or less reasonable at PS even at this stakes). I would not assign every 9x(high) hand to his range again for the reason I mentioned.
I agree that flat calling has no place, but between shoving or folding I would incline to folding at this spot and wait for a better one.

Yes that is very true, I would still include 9x hands as I regularly see people raise a cbet with top pair.
He could even have 67 and be worried about the flush.

I guess shove/fold comes down to the opponent and after 2 hands you no very little so maybe it is best to make a tight fold and move on to better spots
