This spot seem obvious at lower ES, but what do you think about it at deeper stack (for spin&go anyway) ?

If I were vilain I would 3 bet shove top 30% or so (22+,A2s+,K6s+,Q9s+,JTs,A2o+,KTo+,QJo), might not shove KK+, AQs, AKo to setup a trap but that's not too relevant.
Against that range I'm way ahead. Even if he was a NIT, it's still a flip against top 10%.
I think minbet pre-flop is fine but maybe limping strong hands would offer more possibilities to extract value?
What range would you call 3bet shove with high ES HU? I'm thinking 99+, AKo, AQs+ but that might be too tight ?
