I could probably just 4bet/call it off here pre, but for some reason I thought I was in MP, and in that case I think it is a bit thin.
Anyways, my range OTR really looks pretty much exactly like TT-JJ but he could easily just be leveling me with a strong hand, but until I know better I must call it off?

Had some pretty aggressive preflop dynamics going on between the two of us. We were 3 betting each other a ton, but both of us had more or less always just folded in the most spots. He had also seen me 3bet/ship AQo SB vs MP so I think he views me as a bit spewy.
I was actually thinking of just c/raising the flop, as I thought he could spazz out from time to time given our dynamics, but I elected to call as I thought he could potentially be barreling loosely OTT/OTR if he thinks I peel the flop light.
So we get to the river again, and I don't ever see him having an overpair, or a strong queen here, so I decided to check to let him try to bluff me off some weak SD-value hand. And again we face an overbet against a pretty polarized range. He knows I never havea 5x here, but given that he seemed to be 3betting me pretty light much he could potentially have spiked some 2pair, or even some random 5 here with a presumably rather polarized range.
So with everything taken into account here, would you call it off?
