AK during mundane session

You can argue for call, 4 or fold here preflop and none is much more wrong here than the other.

After the checkback flop i think ill call the turn. We hold the best air and only a q really worries us otr. I dont think villian is going to street the river.

I like to 4b here.
OTT we should make the delayed cbet.

Imo call and 4bet pre are both fine. After flop check we should stab him OTT. As played I would call turn.

Even if he stabs, we do not have odds to call... and even a K can complete a draw...

We can argue about us stabbing the turn, tho...

This is a main issue and you have to work on that.
Fill your time with observation and taking notes on villains.

Yes true. I am already reading 'the mental game of poker' and will do the assignments on these. Just had another 45 min and saw myself slipping the last 10 min..

It's pretty awkward to flat 3b OOP. But I think it's still the best option. I like the idea of stabbing the turn. As played I think we need to fold turn.

I would have 4bet pre flop, and led out on the flop. But the way it is, I would fold the turn now. You've got nothing, no pair, no draws. I'd let it go and move on to the next hand.

Okay, then, then we are not delay c-betting on turn. We are simply betting because a c-bet of any sort requires initiative. Sorry if I am being nitpicky, but keeping terminology straight is a good thing, especially since most of us around aren't native English speakers and easily pick up the wrong terminology. Some posts (not by you) are extremely difficult to decipher because people think they are using standard jargon while they actually aren't.

For example, inherently incorrect expressions like "My pot odds are 30%" are more or less permanently introduced into the language. I don't mind introductions of new terminology, but I don't like it when the origin is a linguistic misconception.
