Pre Flop: (pot: 2.25 BB) Hero has A♣ Q♥

Hero raises to 2.63 BB, MP calls 2.63 BB, fold, BTN calls 2.63 BB, fold, fold

Hero bets 4.75 BB, fold, BTN calls 4.75 BB

Turn: (19.63 BB, 2 players) 3♣
Hero bets 9.25 BB, BTN raises to 28.25 BB and is all-in, fold,

I was not happy to play OOP on that flop even when I hit TP/decent kicker against 2 players. I think we are beaten when he raise the turn, on that level ppl are not that aggressive if they don't have the nuts - meaning 2Pair+ . Let me know what you think about the hand guys.

I would check flop. We dont mind giving free cards. We dont mind calling a bet OTF.
I would also check turn if I bet flop. As played fold to the shove is absolutely fine.

If he calls you OTF and OTT do you really want shove for value with only 1 pair OTR? Thats why you should be checking somewhere. Its good to have top pairs in your check-calling range. :f_thumbsup:

this isn't bad. Especially since you are showing that much strength I don't think villain will show up with KQclubs or worse Ax hands here for example.

With still a fishy player in it on the flop I think a Cbet isn’t bad here for thin value. When the unknown only called, you can try to get a cheap showdown. I don’t think you will get more value if you bet again and if he bet small you can still call with your top pair and straight draw. Now is a fold standard on his shove I think.

Cheers,
