To me checking after 3 betting show weakness. If you have a tough opponent he will do that with a lot of hands.

I think it depends so much on you opponent. A fish that is never aggressive and suddenly wakes up is a totally different story than a super aggro reg.

I probably would check raise all in (but I am in an ultra aggro phase lately) .
You have 6 outs there against sets and 2 pairs and block the straight.

It’s good to know what kind of villain we are dealing with, but most of the time I would go for a Cbet on the flop to get more value of him. On this coordinated board, there are a lot of bad turn cards.

I think it is okay played. That flop hit villain's range. Whether we should call once more is kind of close and villain-dependent. Folding turn is probably a bit too tight, but is fine to do against nits. I'd not call river normally.
