Hi,
I just installed both programs and when I open, it says Flash Player isn't installed.
Windows 10 64bits, any solution for this?

I'm sure the last Flash Player is installed.

Hi Chopps,
If you go this Adobe Flash Player Help Page and follow the instructions it might help.

It also has links to re-install flash.

If that doesn't work, reply back here and I'll install the tools on my computer to see if it works here.

Cheers,
VS

Yeah I installed those Flash after ICM, and it didn't work.

I changed the folder to install ICM, is this the problem?

I've no idea -- I don't have either of those tools, and I'm not a developer.

I'll alert the other mods and staff to see if anyone else knows.
If not, I'll install the tools and test them -- but I won't be able to do this for a few days

Hi Chopps,

Just installed booth software versions (ICM Trainer and ICM Trainer light) and haven't got any problems.

At this point the only think that comes to my mind is to uninstall the Flash player, ICM and ICM Light, then to reboot, install latest Flash player and then to install ICM Trainer.

Could you try this and share the result?

Kind regards,
Alex

Ok, I'll try this and see if it works.

Edit:
Ok, I uninstalled both and installed again in the standard folder...
ICM Light didn't work while ICM Trainer worked...

Weird. It shouldn't let us change folder to install, ICM Trainer Light still says Flash Player needed.

Hello,
I am having issues with this as well.
ICM trainer light keep saying I need flash on my computer while it's already installed.
ICM trainer says I need to install framework but apprently I already have a higher version.

Something tells me this has to do with window 10...

Hi stevegold87,
I suggest that you go to the Adobe Flash Player help page:
https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/flash-player.html

Do Step 1 and test what version is installed.
Follow down the page and run the test animation -- unblock flash if your browser asks.

If the all works OK, then uninstall the ICM programs and re-install them but instead of just running the install programs, right-click them and choose "run as administrator"

Something tells me this has to do with window 10...

Something tells me you're right.

Best of luck,
VS

Hey stevegold87,

The higher version of .NET framework may be the issue. As this software hasn't been updated in years, I expect it needs version 4.5.2 or maybe 3.5 SP1

I would install Microsoft .NET Framework v4.5.2 This won't affect your later version/s.

Regards

Laz

Installed an old version of Framework and it worked for ICM trainer.
The light one is totally busted with the Flash thing tho, must be a window 10 thing.
Thank for your help guys
