■ 3-betting Small Pocket pairs (22-66) - We want to reduce the stack to pot ratio so that we will find ourselves less likely to be in a set over set situation if we do get 200BB+ into the pot.
■ Calling/3-betting Middle Pocket pairs (77-TT) - I wouldn’t mind 3-betting if opponents is rarely 3-betting, Calling is fine too since we can overset 22-66 quite often. 3-betting other speculative hands like Kxs / Axs / 56s.
■ Avoid 3-betting Axo or Off-suit Broadways because opponents will defend wider with deeper stacks.
■ Flatting AKo/AQo vs a tough regular even agains late position steals.
■ 3-betting only QQ+/Axs because of good playability.
■ Narrowing down the bluff portion of our range - No need to attempt to exploiting our opponents OOP when deep.
■ 3-betting a standard range is fine if opponent is straight forward and not capable of putting us in tough spots.
■ Not calling with small suited connectors (56s-98s) - We get dominated by Axs and Kxs which the opponent may 3-betting us with
■ Better to 3-bet with such hands, they have decent playability in a 4-bet pot 200BB when you have initiative
■ Calling 22-QQ mostly, as well as AK / AQ / Axs / suited broadways (very vilan deppendent , this are just guidelines).
■ Not going to 4-bet bluff with Axo
■ Defending small suited connectors and suited on-gappers and whole lot of others speculative hands becomes possible now with position.
■ Not 4-betting too often - Assuming that villain 3-bets with a really tigh range because he’s deep OOP vs us.
■ Greater importance in reading into sizing and timming tells
■ Many good spots to make turn raises and river shoves or river raises
■ Best done on low boards where you can rep close to 10 combos of sets.
■ Make crazy deep bluffs when you sense weakness. Example:
Preflop: Hero is BU with A:s 9:s
2 folds, CO raises to $3, Hero calls, 2 foldsFlop: ($7.50) 8:d 9:h 3:s (2 players)
CO bets $5, Hero callsTurn: ($17.50) 2:c (2 players)
CO bets $10, Hero raises to $40
Good spot to raise Turn and bomb River agains a tight player with clean image to fold out overpairs.
Most players try to bet huge on turn with monsters like sets to maximize value especially when deep

Very nice post.
