This hand begins to be a bluff 3bet pre vs UTG opening range.
OTF you should be theoretically defending quite much vs flop check raises in order to be unexploitable. He can xr some sets and some weak hands too. I guess this would be a theoretical call, maybe.

For me it is better to 3b bluff this one preflop. Our hand can easily be dominated by UTG range.
On flop his x when board hits his range is very strange.

We cannot call a xr with this hand.

What's the idea behind 3bet bluff with AJo? IS it because we lower his chance to have Ax because we have A in our hand?

Yes, you block the Ace and can hit something on flop.

Yes. And because AJ is often dominated versus villains tight opening range, so it is too weak to just call. It is still strong enough to 3bet bluff, you can't start 3betting every Ax hand because it has a blocker, that would lead you to 3bet too much.

Yep, AJo is not good enough to call utg open pre-flop. You might want to have a look at gap concept. It is old but still relevant.

Either which way, if it comes to a flop with an A, then you can normally win only small pots.
