[Closed] 0.10/0.20 Calldown ?

What do u guys think of my play with this kinda hand?

Party Poker 0.10/0.20 Hold'em (7 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with 7, 7.
1 fold, Hero raises, 3 folds, SB 3-bets, 1 fold, Hero calls.

Flop: (7 SB) 9, 2, J (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) 6 (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

River: (6.50 BB) T (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 8.50 BB

i hate these hands too but a calldown is too weak.

a) fold flop if you think he has a better hand and can't fold a slightly better hand (i like b) more) (you raised MP1)

b) raise flop, bet turn, check river behind. if he 3-bets the flop, bet or check-raise the turn or bet the river --> fold. you are beaten


This guy was holding ATo. I was ahead off him until that turn card showed up. Normaly i fold this kinda hand. But wenn reading this forum i came to the conclusion that i had to calldown my hands more often. So i decided to do it. Shame he hitted his T at the river =)


thats why i like b) more :) i think he will fold his A here on the turn else you nearly ever get a free SD
