I did not notice that... I should have noticed, but I didn't. I saw your Hand of the Day last night too, but didn't realize that it was from the HORSE.It is one of my many plans for this month to start streaming. If I get to it, I would naturally like to include some of our Troll Challenges too.
Right now, Prim and I are still in the process of coming up with a new poker schedule for the two of us, besides just the HORSE on Sundays.

They should have a tournament where you could leave at any time, and get the ICM value of your buy-in back — let's call that a Cashout Tournament.
If they had that in a HORSE tournament that was also an Add-on & Rebuy, it would then be HORSE & CART.

It was a bit of a trick question, because none of those things were among my preferred toys.
I never really got into skating at any point. I never used any of those proper inline skates either, but I do remember having a simple pair of roller skates as a little kid once, and there is old VHS footage from a week before my second birthday that shows me awkwardly trying to use them.
As for barbie dolls, I was probably as disgusted by them as the next typical boy - but I used to hang out with girls a lot more than the next typical boy, I'd say. In fact, I was best friends with a rather girly girl during my kindergarten days, so we naturally used to meet up a few times as well. When she was at my house, we may have played things like soccer and Legos, and when I was at her place, it was things like barbie dolls and fashion shows - so that technically counts, even though those were someone else's barbies. 
I have never touched a Sega Game Gear as a kid, though - and I don't think I have done so ever since either. Maybe I once did when I was buying and selling retro gaming stuff on eBay around 2010 or so, which definitely included some Sega stuff, but I think it was all home consoles and related games and accessories. I have played some Game Gear games on an emulator by now, however.
My handheld console of choice was always the classic Gameboy... and the Trolls are very familiar with the first game I ever played on it, which Prim is still trying to beat while being drunk on Frangelico. Let's face it, despite the technical inferiority, the Gameboy had a much better library of games anyway - and a much, much better battery life, which I heard was one of the Game Gear's main drawbacks.

Oh, and fun fact: When Prim and I originally started doing those quiz questions on Discord about a year ago, which was the inspiration for this series, this one was the first question we ever did. She guessed 2.

The festival of carnival is approaching. In Germany, this is an opportunity for children (and adults) to dress up in all kinds of costumes, much like Halloween in North America, but without the horror theme.
Harrier usually stuck to the standard costume choices as a kid - but not always. Which of these more unusual choices did Harrier NOT dress up as?
Note: It doesn't have to be strictly on carnival.

Oh, and btw, there was no HORSE race tonight. Prim didn't have a very enjoyable cash session earlier today and could have used a little break from poker in the evening, and I wasn't in the best shape for it either.
We hope that we can present some new challenges next week, and maybe even another international burger variant.

Time for some new burgers already. I'm aware that we have been a little Euro-centric lately, and that's not about to change yet, as we'll be making a trip to France today.
Like with our Italian burgers, we will be using a special kind of bread once again. This time, I picked up an onion baguette.
I gave the patties some longer shapes again, and also fried them on a bed of onions. In addition, I added some onion and garlic powder.
I am cheating a little bit with the sauce this time, which is some red wine sauce from our leftovers from Saturday.
As for the burgers, we start with a part of our baguette and add some camembert...
...then the patty...
...and finally the wine sauce, together with the onions and some diced bacon.
Top it up with another slice of baguette, and our French burgers are ready.
They were okay. Not bad, but I think they have been lacking some of that "je ne sais quoi" that made most of the other burgers so good. Mind you, that's the way I feel about French cuisine in general. Nothing really stands out for me.
Primrose had no complaints, she approved of the pictures.
I think those burgers have earned a solid 9th place in my personal ranking.

Taste is personal but in my opinion it is not a cuisine with confused flavours, some decisive, others delicate and complex. A cuisine for various tastes.
The bun looks great and the onion looks appetizing

If you think about it, onion is an interesting element, it smells impressive and is made in layers. If it is not cooked it gives spiciness, instead with different cooking it can give sweetness, bitterness or acidity.

To be fair, I haven't been exposed to proper French cuisine all that much. But the stuff I'm familiar with is mostly in the "okay" to "pretty good" range, there aren't any truly outstanding dishes for me like in my favorite cuisines, which I guess would be Mexican, Indian and Greek.
I do like some good croissants very much, though, and always include a batch of four oven croissants in my Saturday morning routine, together with café au lait and some freshly squeezed orange juice.
I also usually like crêpes, but haven't always had much luck making them.

I heard onions are a big part in Indian cuisine too, which, as I said, is among my favorites. The reason I haven't yet made an Indian-inspired burger is mostly that I think it would work best with either a chicken patty or something vegetarian, and finding good versions of either of them in the stores can be difficult. My one attempt at making a good vegetarian fake chicken myself failed miserably.
I have concrete ideas for about three new burgers at the moment, one of which would be based on another French region. For a fourth one, I already have a vague idea, but it would require some experiments first. So do the other three, but at least I know what I would like to include there already.
Apart from that, several more burgers are in the brainstorming phase, but there is always something missing to make them complete.
Je t'aime Edith Piaf. As I mentioned elsewhere, I learned French in high school, and one teacher from Avignon was a big fan of hers, and we listened to French music in class a lot. To this day, this is the only version of "La Marseillaise" worth listening to...[1]

I had to learn French at school too. I did all right back then, but I wouldn't feel confident to hold any decent conversation.
There is this one story I may have told elsewhere already, where I was taking a French exam at school, and I believe I was asked to write a short essay on whether or not Québec should secede. It was graded like this:
Content: 15/15: A+
Style: 15/15: A+
Language: 0/15: F-
For a total of 10/15: B-
I don't remember what I wrote, but it really must have struck a chord with my teacher. It is still beyond me how it is possible to get the best possible score for style while getting the worst possible score for language. Unlike the other ratings, the language one had mostly objective criteria, because it is based on the amount of grammar mistakes you made, but still... how could such an error-ridden mess then be considered perfect style?
I guess that means that I had no idea what I was saying, but I said it well. Maybe I could have made it in the field of politics after all...

I was thinking I could remember lots of French words but turns out I could remember fuck all!

It is true that I took up ballet a few years ago, but thankfully, the world has been spared from the image of Harrier in a tutu.
I wore black leggings during the two stage shows that I participated in, and also at practice, except when I was still new and simply brought some regular jogging pants. So that doesn't count. I was supposed to wear a long white skirt in another show, because we were representing sea foam, but that show ended up getting cancelled, and I was still wearing my standard leggings during rehearsals, so that still doesn't count.
I did, however, once dress up as a gun-toting leprechaun as a little kid... at least that's the best way I can describe the costume from this 1990 VHS footage:
Note that the toy gun was likely intended for "self-defense" purposes rather than as part of the costume. Little boys could get a little rambunctious during their play time, so it couldn't hurt to have something that goes "bang bang!" to prevent yourself from getting preyed on when you're walking around other "gunslingers", even though it doesn't shoot anything.
I don't think those realistic looking toy guns would pass today - but that's what was common back then, and they were loaded with little powder capsules to make those bangs. I remember that my school had a policy on carnival that toy guns were allowed if they are part of the costume, but you couldn't load them with that powder.
But yeah, I was probably originally just supposed to be some cute little green gnome, or something...
As for dressing up as a mole... I have absolutely no recollection whatsoever of ever doing it, but some 1994 photographs prove that I did:
Without the caption, I wouldn't even have guessed that I was supposed to be a mole there. Also note the date, pointing to March 1994. While it is technically possible for carnival to occur in early March (the exact date depends on the date of Easter), it happened in mid-February that year, so this costume was likely unrelated to carnival. This is also why I had to add the note to the trivia question on short notice that costumes outside of carnival count too.
So I'm not completely sure about the occasion behind the mole costume. I assume it was some kindergarten thing.
