Entweder ich bekomme das noch geklärt oder ich erspiele

Hab jetzt doch noch eine Antwort bekommen, aber keine 50 Dollar... gespielt hab ich min 1000 hände aber als antwort kam folgendes:

A raked hand is any hand in which a rake (house drop) is taken out of the pot. A player is considered to have played a raked hand when cards have been dealt and the hand has generated at least $0.01 in rake for that player.

To accumulate raked hands, just participate in hands (any live game, any limit) where a rake is taken. The 'buy-in' for tournaments does not contribute to your accumulated raked hands.

Nutze die Email Addresse, unter der du deinen PartyPoker account angemeldet hast.

also irgendwie klappt das mit dem 2. Bonus nicht, obwohl ich schon über 1300 hände gespielt habe.
erst dachte ich er wäre da (habe eine email bekommen, in der partypoker schreibt, dass das geld nun bei mir sei), aber es ist de facto noch nicht angekommen, was ich erst geraume zeit später bemerkte.
habe auch andere mails gekriegt von wegen " bei affilate nachfragen" etc. obwohl ich die email template genutzt habe.
wieso schicken die mir solche emails und in wirklichkeit habe ich nichts bekommen.. mmh. Ich würde gerne auf die Liste, die Ihr immer an PP reicht, vielleicht hilft das!
Denn insgesamt gingen schon 7-8 emails von mir an partypoker, teilweise recht unterschiedliche Antworten.

Vor einigen Tagen habe ich an den Support geschrieben, habe auch prompt eine Antwort gekriegt und es gingen ein paar emails hin und her, doch leider konnte DavidHH mir auch nicht helfen, da Supporttätigkeiten sich nur auf pokerstrategy.de beziehen.
Verständlich.

Ich hoffe, dass das mit der Liste usw. klappt. Umso mehr Bankroll, desto sicherer das Gefühl auf einem bestimmten Limit...
